STORM UPDATES
At Eversource we’re ready for severe weather, and we want you to be ready too.
Sign-up for one, or all, of the options below so we can keep in touch during storms.
Storm Text Updates: Sign-up to receive text message updates from us when severe weather hits. Normal text and data rates may apply, and each cell phone number can receive updates for up to three different towns.
Phone Updates: Eversource will often reach out to customers experiencing a service interruption via phone. Please make sure the phone number attached to your account is up-to-date and the best option for reaching you.
Email Updates: We’ll regularly email customers before, during and after a storm. If you haven’t already, please sign-up for an account on Eversource.com with your current email address. If you have an account, please update your email address to one you check regularly.
Social Media Update: Eversource’s Twitter and Facebook pages are regularly updated with the latest storm information. Make sure to visit and follow or like us today.
Online Outage Reporting: You can ​always Report An Outage online. After doing so, you’ll be able to check in on the status of your outage.
